"Recycling" has recently rooted in our life at last. Recycling of reworking wastes, such as recycling, a petbottle, an empty bottle, etc. of using dress, a life article, furniture, etc. again as it is, and making a new thing. A part of these recycled resources (renewable resource) are utilizable also as biomass resources.

Although recycling has spread, the actual condition is still far in present Japan. For example, the petbottle and it being reproduced and having become fleece know. Then, an answer is "NO" as the collected things are whether is reproduced 100%. Then, how can't it reproduce? It will become waste, i.e., dust. However recycling may spread, unless an institution and equipment catch up with it, it does not lead to true recycling.

The same is said of the biomass. Even if it discovers what can be used as resources, you have to start with first of all collecting them. Even if it can collect with now, the quantity which does not carry out a situation is insufficient. In order to make energy, a huge quantity of the biomass is required. Moreover, even if it gathers, in having spent surprising time and surprising money, by the time it energy-ized it, it does not understand the biomass for what it is. It is the big subject by which as many biomasses as possible can be collected, and the energy of much quantity can be made quickly and efficiently, or it is now studied constantly in the center.
